Will iOS 11 be on this IPad if I buy it now? null

I would think not. Stores have had these iPads for some time now or at least Apple has had them in their warehouse for some time so more than likely they haven't been updated with the latest iOS updates.

When I purchased mine it did not come with iOS 11 installed. Had to do that after setting it up.
