Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Poof, The iPad "5th generation 2017" - or as the so called experts call it "the iPad 5 - has some pretty robust specs. This iPad has either 32 or 128 GB of internal storage (depending upon which model you purchased). Regardless of the internal storage size, all models come with 2 GB of internal memory and they run the Apple A9 chip and A9 graphics processor. These are the same chips used in the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus models. The phones only have 1 GB of internal memory though so the iPads are a bit stronger. The iPads are capable of neat tricks like split screen app viewing because of this additional memory too. If you want a good read about the history of these devices, just search out iPad on Wikipedia. There's a nice timeline since the first model's release. This latest generation has all the muscle you'll need for pretty much everything unless it's video editing. Good luck!
