• Yes you are able to access Microsoft documents as long as you download Microsoft office or google docs. This not a very heavy app, therefore it will easily incorporate with the 32gb.

• Yes, for like $69 I believe, you can purchase Microsoft office 365 and install the app and use all the features of word.
