• No, Best Buy can’t do that for you. If you have an iPad I assume you have an apple cloud account, can set up new iPad with old iPad information and apps in the apple cloud. Just sign in with iCloud ID and Password and you are good to go.

• The best way to do this is to do a backup in Icloud or in your computer. Make sure that the new Ipad have the same or more capacity that the old one
