Don't know about the trade but you can buy with no contract, wifi only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you don’t need WiFi at your home if your not going to use the internet but I think the IPAD is pretty useless without it. You could go into establishments that have free WiFi or friends with WiFi and download games etc but you would not be able to surf the web without making your phone a hotspot or using someone else’s WiFi. Of course you could buy one tied to a cellular network and then be able to hook up to the internet but you would have to pay a fee to that service and be limited by the plan. Good Luck!
