• According to Apple store, you can trade with them for up to $250 credit towards a new one

• LOL no You can sell it on eBay, craigslist, or go to a website like gazelle, they buy back old devices if they're in decent condition. Apple will buy back old devices as well but they only give you Apple store credit for it.
