Is it refurbished or new? null

I can't answer for sure, but if it says REFURBISHED, those are as good as new. Think Certified used cars you buy at dealerships. The Geek Squad or someone goes through them. At worse you might not get the cord with it. Open boxes are just that, new ones that were returned. The one I bought as Christmas present and it looks as good as new. (I've bought several and they're great)
