I have bought Iphone 13 pro max from t mobile and i have paid fully amount. Plan status is shown as PaidOff-Early-Closed. But still it is locked. In my account its status is also not visible. How can i be able to get it unlocked asap? null

If you bought the phone with a promotion, and paid off your portion then They won’t unlock it until you payoff the promotion balance. If you got the phone with no promotion and you paid it off then you need to call 611 and request to unlock it they should honor your request immediately.

You need to wait 4-8 weeks after paying off the device for t-mobile to unlock the device.
