• If you are trading in a device, they take it for trade-in first and then give you the new phone. So you can't transfer the data in that situation. If you are asking about tranferring the data without a trade in, you would need to use the Move To iOS app.

• This phone will automatically transfer your stuff will be already there if you have a iPhone before and it does not use a SIM card all you have to do is just put in your password from your old iPhone I hope this helps

• iPhone to iPhone is via Bluetooth - should be successful. Motorola is android - needs a third party app to transfer data.
