• Hi Ocean, The reason why the iPhone 15 Pro Max is not available at Best Buy for T-Mobile is because Best Buy and T-Mobile have a business dispute. and T-Mobile decided not to renew its contract with Best Buy. I hope this info helps!

• Tmobile doesn't play well with others and pulled out of all 3rd party locations. Now you have to go to a Tmobile store
