• No im pretty sure these phone are locked to the specific carriers that are labeled. If you want to be able to change carriers then it’s better to buy the phone from Apple directly.

• The answer to that is a long yes. it is possible to do so but itd have to be direct from those carriers if it isnt AT&T or verizon. or you could get it unlocked from the apple store. or you could get the phone from Verizon Or AT&T and release and unlock it after a the lock in date ends
