QuestionI have a 8plus iPhone and want to buy a new 15 pro Max at Best Buy. I will buy the phone outright with no financing. Can Best Buy transfer the data, photos, contacts and apps over to the new phone ?

- Answer You finance it either way Glenn they say you get 1000 back but you get that 1000 as 36 monthly payments at least thru Verizon. And if your phone is backed up to the cloud you can transfer everything to the new phone easily. Thru Verizon the 15 pro you would have no payment on the phone but the 15 pro max is more than 1000 so I’m paying $8 a month for the 36 months

- Answer I buy my phone outright. Even though my service is Verizon I don’t want there name branding on it. And my iPhone is unlocked so if I want to go to another carrier I don’t have to have my phone unlocked.

- Answer No IPhone is unlocked at Best Buy. U.S. iPhones do NOT have a physical SIM slot. eSIM only. Hope this helps.

- Answer All Iphones 14 and newer are going ESIM only. They actually have 2 ESims on each phone. If you are locking for SIM card version, you need to get a 13 Pro Max or older.
