Hi Nick B, AT&T should be able to remove the SIM restriction on an iPhone 15 Pro Max if it is fully paid. This means that if you purchase the phone outright from Best Buy, it will be eligible to have the SIM restriction removed. To have the SIM restriction removed, you will need to contact AT&T customer service. I hope you can get your new phone!
