You can order one, but will want to go in the store to get your credit for old iPhone. Make sure card is given to you at the time of trade in! If you go in and do trade in and purchase phone you can use your credit towards your new iPhone

Please try again later.I actually pre-ordered mine originally through Best Buy, then after realizing I was 2 weeks in advance of my contract agreement being up, I ended up calling every Best Buy daily to check inventory. Finally, Best Buy Mobile allowed me to pre-order the phone and I just waited for it to arrive.

Please try again later.You can preorder (reserve) one (If the best buy clerk knows what to do - One store I went to didn't know how to do it) but must wait for it to become available. I reserved one on 10/17 and it became available on 11/15. Pay $50 to reserve but you get it back instantly with a $50 Best Buy gift card.
