This is the best iPhone yet. It is everything you would expect from an iPhone and more. It is super thin and light, yet faster, more responsive, and of course... bigger. And iOS8 runs perfectly on it.

I went in to the Best Buy In Pacoima Ca. the day the IPhone 6 was released, I did not pre-order but they did have phones available. I had to make an appointment for 7:00pm later that day to come back and purchase the phone. They were so well organized and informative and gave really great service at a very busy time. And hey, the phone is pretty amazing too !!!

Theres not much really to say other than it works very well with my Apple ecosystem. It has not bent on me and from other peoples negative opinions it seems to do everything I need it to do. Ive been an iPhone user since the beginnning.

LOVE the size—new larger screen is fantastic, and the phone fits perfectly in my hand...much better than the previous models' form-factors (though I understand that this is a personal preference, so everyone may not agree). This phone is screaming fast compared to my 5S. The touchID sensor is vastly superior, without a single failure-to-read yet (and I use it dozens of times a day). The camera takes superb photos, and I really like the new picture-taking and editing features. Battery life is phenomenal compared to my 5S (though still not great...I still miss the crazy-long battery life of my iPhone 4). Wi-fi connection seems to be more stable/reliable than in previous models; I don't use Bluetooth, so I can't speak to that. The sound is FAR superior (in both quality and volume) to previous iPhone models—finally I can reliably hear my ringer if my phone is in my pocket or my bag.
My one and only complaint about this latest iPhone model is the repositioning of the power/sleep/lock button from the top of the phone to the right side. I find that nearly every time that I attempt to lock the screen, I also activate one of the Volume buttons—same goes for taking a screen shot, which is a bigger problem because I often end up with a screen shot that has the Volume adjustment pop up window in the middle of it.
I'm a big fan of iPhones and have been since the beginning. They just keep getting better, and this one is no exception.

I have owned the 3, 4, 5, and now the 6 and I think the 6 is by far the best of the iPhones. I like the bigger screen and the battery life has improved. The camera is noticeably better and it is faster. I am very glad I upgraded.

Great battery life, large screen, fast processing speed, thinner and lighter than my previous phones. I'm on my phone several hours ever day coupled with the fact that I travel ever week make the qualities I list above critical to me. I would strongly recommend the 64 over the 16 for anyone using the phone for more than a basic communication device. It's a great smartphone, but it is also a really awesome camera as well!

I am an original iPhone adopter; I had the iPhone 1, 3G, 3GS, and 4. After the 4 (which I loved) I decided to run with Android for a bit. I owned a Motorola Atrix, Nexus 4, and Galaxy Note 3 (and tried a Galaxy S4 and S5 for a while). Of all my Android phones I loved the Galaxy Note 3 the best. It was fast, sleek, great battery life, and very open.
That said, I was very interested to try out a larger iPhone. I felt the 5.5" Note 3 was a bit too big so I opted for the regular 4.7" iPhone 6. It feels truly fantastic. The aluminum body feels sleek and is like a throwback to the original iPhone design. I do feel it's a bit too thin though. I'm not even concerned about bending, I just feel like it will be easy to drop, so I'm going to be sure to get a case that adds some bulk to it. It also does get a bit warm after extended use, but your battery life will be a bigger concern at that point.
Battery is good, but I wish it was a little better. With normal usage I end the day at about 35%; if I forgot to charge at night I'd probably have about 25% remaining. Maybe that will improve as I stop using it so much, but for now it's decent. I don't think I have to worry about not getting through an entire day.
I do not love that the camera bulges, but it is something I lived with on my Note 3 and after my case arrives it will be flush anyway. The camera quality, though, is quite impressive. The pictures it takes are about the same quality as the best pictures I could get with my Note 3, but it takes great pictures much more easily. The slow-motion 240fps video is also an insanely awesome feature.
The screen is nice; the colors are vivid without being overly saturated. I see a bit of backlight bleed when it's completely black, but it's not too bad. At first I was disappointed that it wouldn't have a full HD displayed, but I can't really see a difference in quality between my 1080P 5.5" Note 3 screen so I'm happy with it.
Since the last version of iOS I used was on the iPhone 4, it is taking me some time to get used to iOS 8. It isn't too bad and adds some definite improvements in interoperability (keyboards, widgets, etc). But it still has a ways to go before it gets to where Android is (assuming Apple even wants to get to that point).
Overall, I'm happy with the switch. I'm pretty platform-independent. I don't know if I will end up back on Android or not, but I do think that as of today, the iPhone 6 is the best smart phone available on the market (although the Moto X 2014 looks pretty sweet). That Note Edge might call to me next year though.

I was previously using the iphone 4s for about 2.5 years. I really like the size and ease of use of the iphone 6. The camera takes great photos. I bought the extra memory because it is worth it in my situation.

Overall I i am very pleased. I have been a long time Android user and decided to switch so that everything could be linked between my pictures/I pad Mini etc. Takes great photos and switching wasn't as hard I thought it would be, just some little quirks to get used to. Phone is very fast and Touch ID has been good, not great. If you have any kind of water/lotion sometimes it won't read. Other then that I am pleased w/ my purchase to this point.

I'm on the fence with this one, I've been an apple user since the 3GS came out. Got the 4s, skipped the 5/5s released & I'm so glad that I did! I've had this phone for about 2 weeks now, no problems whatsoever, except the new iOS8 is a tad bit iffy. My applications keep on crashing by itself or won't even load.. but hey, that's Apple for ya. It's lighter, thinner, larger screen, holds up to at least a full day without charging. That's pretty much all it's cracked up to be. Everything else on the iPhone is pretty much the same, but it does run faster than the previous generations. I would recommend this phone to ANY apple user, other than that.. it's not worth the hype.
Oh & to those who have heard the rumors/seen the YouTube video (go ahead, search for it if you haven't.. I'll wait) about the iPhone 6 being able to bend... You're insane if you actually believe that. It was 9 phones out of 10 million. Let me rephrase that.. 9 PHONES OUT OF 10 MILLION. Yes, it maaaaay, get bent out of shape, but that's only if:
1. You refuse to put a case one
2. You wear pretty tight jeans/pants
3. No case & you wear tight jeans/pants
4. If you physically bend it yourself.

Even though my belief is the iPhone 4S is the best model, this model offers some things that I enjoy and made it worth the upgrade. I had an iPhone 5 and the battery, after two years, was shot. The iPhone Plus was too large for me and I was worried the same would be true for the iPhone 6. However there is a feature that allows the screen to scroll down for one handed phone use that has made me like the iPhone 6 all the more. The enlarged screen is helpful for reading texts and email and is still manageable. Battery life is similar to the other iPhones (about a day with normal to heavy use) but can last two days with casual use. It is fast, efficient and takes good pictures so overall Apple has done it again.

She has always been an avid iPhone user, ever since the 3 was released. This one just takes the cake, by far surpassing all it's predecessors. I picked this phone up at BestBuy and from the moment I got it out of the box I was blown away. The screen size, I feel, fully unlocks the potential of iOS in general. It's really sharp and easy to see. The camera is amazing too, my favorite part is the built in slow-motion feature, which works flawlessly. It takes beautiful photos and videos. This phone is also exceptionally faster than all its predecessors, apps launching in record time. It's super sleek and wonderful and I couldn't be happier.

I am an Apple person when it come to phones (not computers). I love the ease of use of the OS and I think that it is much more user friendly than Android OS. The fact that the phone is made specifically for the OS allows it to run much faster with lower specs compared to other phones. The thinness of this phone is amazing, however I wish apple would have made the phone a little bit thicker so that the camera is flush with the back of the phone. This added thickness would have also allowed for a slightly larger battery, which never hurts. The new larger screen has spoiled me. Now when I pick up an iPhone 5, I feel like my fingers are scrunched on the screen. Overall, this is an amazing phone with a few minor kinks that I'm sure apple will iron out with the iPhone 6S (or whatever they call it).

This iPhone 6 is my third iPhone, after an iPhone 5 and 3GS. I've loved them, but as the years have gone by, the screen felt small from a visibility and finger dexterity standpoint.
I looked at both the 6 and 6 Plus, and while I really liked the specs on the 6 Plus, I just could not fathom handling it and putting it in and out of my jeans pocket.
The 6 is the perfect mix of all the iPhone features, usability, and ecosystem I've loved about the iPhone with just a little extra screen size that makes seeing web pages and typing on the keyboard much easier.
This time around, I chose to get the 64GB model instead of 16GB and the extra space was well worth the extra cost. I don't regret that decision at all.

I've had the 3G, 4, 4s, 5, 5s. The iPhone 6 is outstanding, just the right size, faster performance, better camera & graphics, and at least 50% more battery life than my 5s. I've also had the Galaxy S3, Note 2 and Note 3, and I can definitely say that the combination of superior quality hardware, the superior Apple software/ecosystem, and far superior Apple support make Apple and the iPhone the better choice.

The iPhone 6 is the perfect size. So glad that Apple changed the aspect ratio to be similar to the 4. The iPhone 5/5s just seemed to narrow when they made the phone bigger. This is a much better size. The processor speed is very strong. The camera is much better and slo mo video is cool to mess around with.
