- Answer Yes, I got it for one of my daughter who has her service with TMobile and she only need to insert the SIMM card from the old to the new phone and she was up and running in a matter of a couple minutes. Hope it helps!

- Answer Sometimes, this does not follow because it is made for that carrier. I will advice that you call sprint or go to a Best Buy store and inquire.

- Answer I would not go through Best Buy for your mobile service. I had the worst experience with upgrading my service. They talked me into changing my plan and after a month, Sprint said I was not eligible. Best Buy will offer you services you can't have.
