• Ellen be sure that the phone is unlocked and is for theVerizon carrier. The iCloud or Android cloud will transfer photos, contacts, and messages.

• If you buy from Verizon online, the store will do the transfer for you and also activate it. If you have a screen protector you bought on your own though, you are on your own. If you bought it from them, they will install that also free of charge
