• you can buy it at retail price, it comes unlocked you can use it worldwide

• Probably would have to purchase the phone full price. Buy the phone, which gives you ownership, allowing you to use it on any service that works with the type of phone and carrier. Best bet is to ask a specialist in a Bestbuy store.
