• There's a mistake on retail price. If you multiply the monthly payment times the months you come up with a lower total

• They WILL match 8/8+ but NOT the X model. Basically if the phone is available at any competitor they will match, but if backordered they will not. You can probably match the X in February '18. I just got my 8+ 256GB for $949 on Saturday the 4th. Price-matched TARGET of all places who had them in stock. Cancelled by X pre-order and got the 8+ and saved nearly $300.
