A:AnswerWhen you buy any phone from Best Buy, you’re actually purchasing it through your phone plan. The phone comes with its own SIM card. I have Verizon also. First, I backed up old phone through iTunes. When I purchased this new one (online), Best Buy ran it thru Verizon so my number carried over to the new one etc. It’s considered an upgrade. All I had to do was put the new SIM card that came with it into the phone. Follow the instructions on the phone to activate the SIM card (can call Verizon customer service if you need help), then go to iTunes and “restore” from backup and everything from your old phone will now be on the new one. Very easy. The cost of the new phone will now appear on the regular monthly Verizon bill.
A:AnswerI would say no but depends on the trade in value of the phone, which you can get estimate trade in value either through their website or in store. I traded up from my iPhone 7+ and it was only worth $200. Also depends on on the plan you go with or if you pay it all in full...you would have no monthly payments. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerYes, you can but I suggest shopping around for the best sell price. Best Buy did offer a fair price in the form of a gift card. Game Stop offers cash on the spot.
A:AnswerI went to Best Buy and they were able to tell me the phone promotions for the major phone companies. Just stop in and see what the current “deals” are being promoted.
A:Answeryou can add a line and get the phone. I believe they still allow this. So look at the cost for an additional line and see if it worth it to you. Remember you still have to pay for the other phone also or sell it on line.
