When the wallet is detached for more than a few minutes, you’ll get a notification on your phone stating that your wallet was disconnected and the last place that it was connected to your phone. After that, there is no way to further track it. If you leave it on the ground and someone picks it up, you’ll only be able to see where it was initially left on the ground

I don't think so. It says (2020) version. This feature was not available until (2021.5)

yes it does, once attached you will get the notification and you will have the new feature with iOS 15
