A:AnswerWhen I read the reviews of this phone the only negative was that the battery did not last long. This was not important to me as I am home most of the time and leave it plugged in. But even just sitting around unplugged the battery does go down into the 80% area without even being used. I suggest you read some tech magazine reviews where they may have tested how long the battery lasts. The one I read said it needed daily charging -which was ok with me. Nice little phone.
A:AnswerNot sure if it’ll help but in the past I experienced a similar problem. I shut the iPhone off and after rebooting it (turning back on) I called my own number (which the provider recognized me calling my own number) and then went through the setup options for voicemail as it always has been in past.
Couple hours later my visual voicemail feature was up and running on my new iPhone.
