The answer is here if are moving from iphone to iphone https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210216 If you have an android there is an app in google playstore calle "Move to IOS" download that it will help

Just like with any iphone you'd back up your data to their cloud services. Then when you set up your new iphone it'll prompt you to use a back up of your device to set up your new device.
