• Best Buy doesn't stock iPhones locked to carriers however when an iPhone is activated on the AT&T network it's locked to the network by AT&T. If you own the iPhone outright and aren't making monthly payments on it you can contact AT&T and request the phone be unlocked. It will then work on any GSM or CDMA carrier like T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, etc. You would just need to get one of those carriers SIM cards.
