If the Apple policy on trade-ins doesn’t care about cracks, you’ll be good. Check with Best Buy for their policy too. Otherwise they might deduct a bit for the broken screen. Next phone, get a good glass screen protector and a sturdy case. Better than a cracked display on an $800 iPhone. Oh, and don’t forget that iPhone X series has glass backs that cost even more to fix than the display!
