• You can transfer items via iCloud, or by moving them to a computer and then adding them to your new device.

• You should be able to. You should be able to pair up your Apple products to one another and wirelessly transfer music. If you don’t see the songs on your new iPod, look in your “Library” or go into “iTunes”, it should show your music Library. If you are still having a problem, call Apple Customer Service
