• If you've backed your music up into iTunes then you should be good. If you bought music from iTunes and put it on you mp3 player then it should be stored in the cloud.

• The short answer is Yes. As long as they are actually MP3 files and you import them into iTunes. Apple products work exclusively with iTunes only and will not work with other media player software such as Windows Media Player.
