Q: QuestionDoes this product have more coverage in respect to iOS? I have an older iPod touch that can no longer hold an iOS over the 8th edition, and also can't connect to my existing iTunes account. Will this product help me in that regard? I miss my podcasts.

• A:Answer Not sure what you mean by “coverage”. I update it whenever there is a new one for the phones, iPads, and iPods. I have software version 12.4.3, which is the latest version out. No problem with accessing iTunes, since I transferred my previous ipod’s contents backup to the new one with no trouble.

• A:Answer IT IS NOT, REPEAT NOT A 7TH GENERATION IPOD 256. It is actually a 6th generation with only 16-128 gigs of memory available. I brought this to their attention and have complained on twitter. I'm being forced to file an FTC complaint because either Best Buy or Apple (or both) are incorrect- whether intentionally or yet another Best Buy Blunder. I hope they stop insulting their customer's intelligence. Better yet, I hope they honor their price match guarantee.
