“When I plug my charger into the adapter, the tv screen shows “no signal”. As soon as I unplug it, the screen display is what’s on my phone. Do I have to use a specific charger?”

• Do you have the original iPhone charger? If yes, have Apple check your adapter. It should work while charging.

• Try using an Apple brand charging cable and charging block a lot of knock off cords and accessories are not supported by your Apple devices.
