• On the Best Buy website, it is not possible. The configuration you're asking has the M2 Ultra cpu and it runs for $3999 on here. Elsewhere for example, at the Apple store/website you could upgrade and keep the M2 Max cpu.

• To my knowledge Bestbuy does not offer these option. You would have to upgrade from the M2 Max to M2 Ultra.

• I was told by the Apple Store to get what you want. The store no longer upgrades the computers. I have not found any info on how to upgrade the memory. I hope this helps.
