Hi. I live in Mexico but try to guide you. Today there are no problems in taking a job from a mac to a windows, the programs are compatible, probably a few years ago if it was difficult, the problem could be that it will use a program in windows that there is not for mac but it would be a case extraordinary, usually in universities they work with compatible programs so that this problem does not exist.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The issue they would face is the format of the document and not the computer they use. The professor would or should indicate what format they require. If the student uses Mac Pages, they may need to export the document into pdf or MS word format. The Mac Pages software that comes preinstalled can do that. Plus, as a student they should be able to get MS word pretty cheaply. In fact, students can get a lot of software cheaply. What may cost thousands of dollars to the general public may be a few dollars to students.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's not hard. You can upload your documents to a website or use email just like any other computer.
