• A:Answer Open box means somebody bought the product, decided they didn’t want it and returned it. It is supposed to be inspected and made sure that it is in proper working order, and some of them will still have a warrantee behind it others well you have to read the fine print. Sometimes you can get great deals with an open box especially if they will back up the product for any problems you may encounter.
