"Pages" is Apple's word processing application. It is available for MacOS, iOS (iPhone) and iPadOS. Although I haven't used it yet myself, I anticipate it would be very similar to Google Docs, and not quite as powerful as Microsoft Word.

Apple's own word processor, Pages, is included, and full-featured, and can read all other common formats (Word, RTF, others). Macs can run even Open Office (free, and many people prefer it to Microsoft's apps), and all components of Microsoft Office.
