The M3 16gb memory has a higher performance ability and performs better than the M1 Pro. I have used several adobe applications at once and there has been little overload on the CPU.

Please try again later.While you would always be wise to have plenty of storage for a music studio, you would probably need to add external storage, since 256GB isn't that much these days. 16GB is just enough to do most things, but 32GB of ram would be the wiser choice I think, depending on what software you would be running. The processor is way fast enough for your needs though.
