• Mine was listed as "Excellent" condition. It came with all the standard accessories and in the original box. All manuals and printed material, including the sticker, were contained. Zero defects or blemishes.

• Mine was new, but I believe that they are up to Apple specs and may have the same warranty, You'll need to verify that with Best Buy.
