“Can you replace the hard drive after purchase as well as the memory?”

• Apple solders all that onto the motherboard itself so it can't be replaced. Though there are external hard drives if you need more space.

• No the SSD and the Memory are embedded on the system board.

• The memory is integrated on the logic board. The SSD use to be upgradeable but not sure on this gen.

• Memory is part of the computer and can't be altered. Try and get as much as you need at purchase. The hard drive can be switched on the computer but apple warns about activation/authorization issues.
