“My wireless Apple Mac keyboard and mouse does not work anymore although I have charged both from my computer and I don’t know if they need batteries I don’t see any place that I can open the keyboard or the mouse. Please further assist”

• You need to check battery strength via bluetooth (instructions are available online). If needed, charging is done via the cable provided with the keyboard.
