Yes, the keyboard is recognized as a traditional USB keyboard when connected via USB on both MacOS as well as Bootcamp Win7/Win10. The lightning to USB cable that is included is rather short so more than likely you will need a longer cable to connect the keyboard to the KVM switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can confirm to myself, and thanks to the others who responded, that this DOES in fact work in wired mode, and it DOES in fact work with a KVM Switch. I had a Mac and Windows 10 PC connected to it and it worked without issues.

I can use blue tooth settings to connect the keyboard every-time I switch to Windows 10. But if I leave the supplied USB/Lighting Cable connected to the computer by USB. It works great !!
