You will need apple device to activate it. Its more so a apple companion not ment to use with other devices. However I believe it can be used as a stand alone but activating it requires apple device, sim card is embedded in watch so carrier will have to add it to plan as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t think so, unless your carrier can add that cell like for your watch. Your watch has a mini sim in it that carries a phone number so it can be cellular. It will work with Bluetooth and gps though!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well I've never heard of a "Mexican" phone, but you have to have an iPhone. If you just go to bestbuy website and find the Apple Watch you're interested in and click on it, it will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the watch and using it.
