Please try again later.Yes you can, however, you would just need to carry your phone on you at all times (sort of defeats the purpose of buying the cellular Apple Watch maybe just buy the regular one). So if you add it to your Verizon plan you can just use the watch without taking your phone for times such as gym or running.
