Does the Apple Watch have a sleep tracker? null

Yes it does if you install ios 14 on the series 5 model.

I use sleep ++ app. It’s free. It’s a pretty good tracker. You do have to use your phone to go into the app to view the status or select to send an update notification on your watch. On the watch it’s just a brief update of the night. On your phone you can see more in-depth view with nightly sleep, naps etc.

There are many sleep trackers that you can download from the App Store.
