Your arms have to be in motion for the green circle to move.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do use the treadmill and find that my exercise circle is spot on with the length of exercise but lags behind on the distance my treadmill shows. After 45 minutes, my treadmill registers 2 1/4 miles and the watch only gives me a little over a mile. I depend on my treadmill for my distance.
