You will be able to monitor your heart rate, call, text, and use apple pay. You can also use the dial on the side of your watch to control the volume of the video or music you are listening too. If you want the fall detection included then this watch will be of great service, otherwise I would go with the SE version.

Apple watches can be paired to your device and set up through the Health App. Any user over the 18 can use the Apple Watches built in fall detection feature to contact the emergency contacts that you have set up in your phone. Other features on the watch can include things like texting, making phone calls, or even setting a reminder through Siri. For more info make sure to check out your local Best Buy!

You can answer the phone and look at new emails. Can track oxygen levels, check heart beat. You can find your phone in close distance if you pair watch to phone.
