Does it have fall down detection? null

yes it does and it works. About a week after putting it on, I was in the kitchen and was kneeling down to get something out of a cabinet. I lost my footing and fell down. The watch quickly stated that it appears I fell down and gave me a time to state I was OK or it will call emergency services. It worked like a charm....

Yes it does, haven't use it yet.....
