• For fitness tracking, the watch will continue to run the timer if you stop. Obviously, it will not add any motion during that period because you are no longer moving. If you spend a couple of minutes stopped, the watch will ask you if you are finished with your exercise session. You can also manually pause and restart fitness tracking if you don't want to add extra time (When you were stopped) to your exercise tracking record.
