“I’am from EU and I would like to buy an apple watch 9 in US. Which type I should buy? GPS or Unlocked? Will apple watch with GPS also work in EU or I have to buy unlocked one?”

Unlocked means it can work with a cellular provider, though if it can work in different regions, I am not sure. GPS means it doesn't require a phone service to work, but only works on Wi-Fi & Bluetooth.
