• Yes I have a cell phone plan through att and I added my new watch to my plan. It's $35 activation fee and $10 s month.

• You should be able to as that is the nice thing about getting an unlocked watch. Check with your phone carrier to set up.

• Absolutely! Your watch will function using the GPS and a wifi connection and your iPhone. Activating the cellular service is optional and can be done at any time as long as you fully paid for the watch and didn't get a discount or payment plan from AT&T.
