• Make an appointment with the apple store or a apple certified repair store and just show up. All the required documentation is linked to your device so you don’t need to bring proof of purchase for apple care.

• I would go to apple.com and check for support. They normally have a chat option or call. You will need the serial number for the device you have it on

• Just take it in to the geek squad at Best Buy, I recommend asking an appointment. Or go online to Apple and follow the links to send it in to them.
