• I believe the dimensions listed in the specifics are with the RISER included for the total.

• I know without the riser it’s approximately 4ft tall. Rather short to game with if you’re tall and standing. Works well if you’re seated or perhaps a child. With the riser it goes up about another foot. This makes it more comfortable to game with while standing as an adult.
