It does include the stool with the 40th Anniversary graphics.

Yes.... Everything comes in a big box for you to put the console and chair together yourself. I did it by myself and it took me a couple of hours but well worth it when I plugged it up and Pacman came on. If you have help ask someone to help you put it together it will move fast with two people.
